The VWO-Charities Capability Fund (VCF) was set up to enhance the governance and management capabilities of charities and Institutions of a Public Character (IPCs); as well as to enhance the operational efficiency of charities and IPCs to facilitate their submission of returns via the Charity Portal.

There are four grants under the VCF, they are:

i. Local Training;
ii. Consultancy;
iii. Info-Communications Technology (ICT); and
iv. Shared Services
