Joe Ow is the Chief Executive Officer for Sistic.com Pte Ltd, where he oversees the ticketing experience in today’s age of data and digital experiences. He hopes to change the way customers discover and consume sports, arts, culture and entertainment activities. He was previously with Accenture Singapore and WPP, where he was involved in technology consulting and digital transformation for Fortune 500 companies, with leadership positions in management, operations, technology and delivery.

Mr Peter Tullin

Co-founder, REMIX Summits

Peter Tullin is the co-founder of REMIX Summits, where he explores the future of the creative industries through summits held in major cities around the world. He also co-founded CultureLabel.com, a venture-capital-funded e-commerce site selling art and design products from 500+ leading culture brands and artists including Tate, V&A and Guggenheim.

He is the co-author of Intelligent Naivety, a handbook that helps creative entrepreneurs turn ideas into reality. He also collaborated with the Australian Centre for the Moving Image to develop ACMI X, a co-working space for creative technologists. A Clore Fellow, he sits on the board of Museums Victoria and Geelong Arts Centre in Australia, and is a member of Courvoisier Future 500 and Creative State Advisory Board (Creative Victoria). 

Mr Syaheed MSBI

Syaheed is Head of Artist Services at Believe, one of the world’s leading digital music companies, developing local independent artists and labels in the digital world. Starting out as a music producer, he has since amassed over 18 years of experience in the music industry, with expertise in creative talent development, regional strategy, marketing, licensing and event management. He is also the Chairman of The Music Society, Singapore, a charity organisation that envisions a vibrant and viable Singapore music ecosystem and improves the lives of Singapore communities.

Mr Low Eng Teong

Deputy Chief Executive (Sector Development) National Arts Council

Low Eng Teong is the Deputy Chief Executive (Sector Development) of National Arts Council, where he oversees the literary, visual and performing arts sectors, as well as arts education in schools and capability development for the arts industry. He first joined the National Arts Council as a Director for Visual Arts Development where he was responsible for the review of the visual arts sectoral plan and the management of Gillman Barracks visual arts precinct.

 A trained visual artist who holds a Masters in Art and Art Education, he started his career in the education industry and served as a teacher, senior curriculum specialist and principal. He serves on the board of Singapore Art Museum, STPI Creative Workshop & Gallery and Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts.
