Outward Bound Singapore

OBS seeks to develop a generation of resilient young people who are confident to take on challenges and push their limits, while working closely together through outdoor adventure learning. Under the National Outdoor Adventure Education (OAE) Master Plan, all Secondary 3 students will go through the 5-day MOE-OBS Challenge Programme where they will build resilience as well as leadership and teamwork skills.

With the expansion of OBS’ campus on Coney, up to 45,000 students from secondary schools and Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) can participate in outdoor adventure learning every year. They can continue to engage in meaningful experiences through the OBS’ Leadership and Service Award, and OBS Alumni programmes, both of which recognise youth capabilities and build community-minded individuals.
