Farris is a professional athlete and brand ambassador. Over the years, he has met and skated with people from all over the world. When he’s not spending time training at the skate park, he is either working on producing social media content or working with his sponsors, which include Red Bull, Vans and Stance Socks to further enhance the skateboarding scene in Singapore.

Farris has spent so much of his time in Somerset, that he truly regards it as his second home from the time he first started skateboarding at the age of four. His teenage years were spent hanging out with friends at the Somerset Skate Park, which remains an important training ground for him today. He hopes to recreate the unique spark that made Somerset such a special place for him, and wants today’s youths to have the same experiences as he did – to express their creativity and be themselves in a youthful oasis within the shopping district.

By being part of the Working Panel, Farris hopes to contribute ideas on building a better urban sports park in Somerset, as well as provide up-to-date insights on the current trends and developments in the youth community.
