Steve is the General Secretary and CEO of YMCA of Singapore, an organisation committed to mobilising, nurturing, training and empowering the young to be community champions.

He would love to see the Somerset Belt buzzing with inclusivity, diversity, energy, friendship and collaborations that will unite a community of youths to be changemakers in creating a lasting legacy in society, both socially and commercially. He believes the YMCA’s long-standing mobilisation of youth volunteers and employment of youth with special needs in their social enterprises will provide sensitive insights into how the spaces along Somerset Belt can be made more inclusive, vibrant and viable.
