A key initiative of Vision 2030, the national sports blueprint, the Sports Facilities Master Plan (SFMP) serves residents' sporting needs at the National, Regional, Town and Neighbourhood levels through new public sports facilities as well as the redevelopment of existing public sports facilities. Residents can look forward to new sports centres, play fields, Sport-in-Precinct (SIP) facilities, as well as Dual-Use Scheme (DUS) facilities for public use after school hours.

The existing Sports Centres will be progressively rejuvenated to meet residents’ sporting and recreational needs.
