  4. The Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY) is inviting the public to give feedback on the proposed new National Symbols Regulations. This will replace the Singapore Arms and Flag and National Anthem (SAFNA) Rules. The proposals include providing greater flexibility to display the National Flag more freely to celebrate and identify with the nation. Members of the public may share their feedback at www.go.gov.sg/feedbacksafna by 8 July 2022.
