Snapshot of the sports landscape in Singapore.

Sporting Singapore has witnessed significant milestones over the past decade. Sports facilities visitorship has increased steadily with the provision of more sports facilities, including the opening up of school sports facilities for the public’s use under the Dual-Use Scheme (DUS).

With a wider array of sports activities, programmes and events for all, visitorship to sports facilities in Singapore has received a significant boost over the years, reaching 16.99 million in 2017. The government has also continued to invest in sports programming and infrastructure to help Singaporeans fulfil their sporting aspirations and live better through sports.
