Supporting our athletes at the 7th ASEAN Para Games in Myanmar

Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth supports Team Singapore at the 7th ASEAN Para Games, Myanmar

  1. Acting Minister for Culture, Community and Youth, Mr Lawrence Wong, will be visiting Nay Pyi Taw, Myanmar, from 14 to 15 January 2014 for the 7th ASEAN Para Games.

  2. During his visit, Mr Wong will be attending the Opening Ceremony and be cheering Team Singapore athletes on for various sports including athletics and table tennis.

  3. Mr Sam Tan, Senior Parliamentary Secretary, Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth will also be in Nay Pyi Taw, Myanmar to support Team Singapore at the Games from 16 to 19 January 2014.

  4. Both Mr Wong and Mr Tan will be accompanied by officials from the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth.
